Terms and conditions

The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the deadline of 14 days, for which the postmark will be valid (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The costs for the return are charged to the customer, that he will have available 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The customer is also required to notify us through the email address progrip@progrip.it.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the returned goods must be in perfect state of conservation, unused, substantially intact, with the original seals and labels and not removed and with the original wrapping.

The shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse and compliance with the pre-established requirements is certified. PLASTICHE CASSANO S.r.l. is not responsible in any way for theft / loss / damage to goods returned by uninsured shipments.

The reimbursement of the price of the product (s) for which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal e, where it was foreseen, of delivery costs, will be made within 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, or from the moment the company is informed of the customer's will to withdraw, or until he has received the goods or the consumer proves that he has shipped it.
